Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Benefit Consultant. The Executive Benefit Consultant will be responsible for providing consultation on benefits administration, employee benefits, and insurance to clients. The Consultant will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting needs assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is primarily located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Active Life, Health and Accident Insurance license
- Experience in benefits administration, employee benefits, and insurance
- Consulting and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
