Young Leaders Council spent some time landscaping the courtyard, painting and upgrading the computer lab at Jere Baxter Alternative Learning Center. Read more about that and other Inglewood news in the Fall 2006 newsletter.

A clean up of Isaac Litton Middle School's grounds took place on June 24. PTA President Wendy Poston organized the effort. Further, due to her advocacy the INA is now a PENCIL partner to Isaac Litton Middle School.

Long awaited renovations to the Inglewood Kroger are done.  In February of 2003 INA Steering Committee members Terry Kevlin & Kay Brooks along with members of the Greenwood Association, Concerned Citizens of South Inglewood,  ReDiscover East and the Neighborhoods Resource center met with Kroger officials to encourage this renovation. These renovations are now complete.
